I'm liking that site. I am the same way as you and toss anything that I think might be remotely questionable. Recently I actually smelled an egg for the first time because I wasn't sure if they would be usable and OMG have you ever smelled just a regular egg? They smell terrible even when they aren't bad! I was very dismayed.
